Arrests

     * Michael Lynn Sturgill,120 Lewis Cole Loop, was arrested Thursday evening by Carter County Sheriff's Department Constable Harvey Shaffer on a warrant charging him with assault under domestic violence. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court today.
     * Michael Charles Click, 40, 4204 Navajo Drive, Johnson City, was arrested Thursday afternoon by CCSD Deputy Gregg Nave on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
     * Michael Hale, 20, 1023 Fairview St., was arrested Thursday afternoon by CCSD Deputy Gregg Nave on a capias warrant out of Criminal Court charging him with the sale of Schedule I narcotics.
     * Larry W. King, 33, 1252 Bluefield Ave., Apt. L8, was arrested Thursday afternoon by Elizabethton Police Department PTL John Ramsey and charged with assault under domestic violence. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court today.
     * Benjamin Lee Clawson, 24, Clawson Hollow Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested Friday night by CCSD Deputy Bradley Johnson and charged with criminal impersonation, violation of financial responsibility law, driving without a license and violation of the light law. He was also served with an outstanding capias warrant. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court today on the capias warrant, on Feb. 11 for the charges of criminal impersonation, violation of financial responsibility and driving without a license, and on Feb. 14 to face the charge of violation of the light law.
     * Celeste Louise Smith, 44, 163 Rosenbaum Private Drive, was arrested Friday night by CCSD Deputy Al Meehan and charged with violation of the habitual motor vehicle offender law and criminal impersonation. She was also served with a warrant charging her with being an habitual motor vehicle offender. She is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court today.
     * Dylan Matthew Roupas, 25, 2909 Chateu Drive, Johnson City, was arrested Friday evening by CCSD Deputy Jim Whaley on an instanter capias warrant charging him with the sale of Schedule II narcotics, the sale of Schedule III narcotics and the sale of a counterfeit substance. He is scheduled to appear in Criminal Court Feb. 5.
     * Mitchell Norman Ledford, 42, 1975 King Springs Road, Lot 1, Johnson City, was arrested Friday by officers of the Johnson City Police Bureau and charged with fifth offense DUI, second offense driving on a revoked license, violation of the financial responsibility law and violation of the vehicle registration law. He is scheduled to appear in Washington County General Sessions Court Jan. 27.
     * Lawrence J. Gray, 37, Abingdon, Va., was arrested Friday by officers of the JCPB and charged with aggravated assault and carrying a concealed weapon. He is scheduled to appear in Washington County General Sessions Court Jan. 28.
