Arrests
* David T. Bradshaw, 46, 154 Spring
St., Johnson City, was arrested Saturday morning by Carter
County Sheriff's Department Lt. Bob Hooks and charged with
second offense driving on a revoked license.
* Daniel Gary Morris, Jr., 20, 106 Robert Ave.,
No. 49, Hampton, was arrested early Saturday morning by CCSD
Deputy Donald White on a warrant charging him with violation
of probation. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions
Court today.
* Charles Wilkie Campbell, Jr., 36, 197
Opossum Hollow Road, was arrested Friday afternoon by CCSD
Deputy Johnny Miller on a warrant charging him with violation
of probation. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions
Court today.
* Daniel Ray Thomas, 18, 731 Sugar Hollow Road,
was arrested Friday night by CCSD Deputy Jeff Markland and
charged with underage consumption of alcohol.
* James Richard White, 31, 151 Dogwood Lane,
Butler, was arrested Saturday night by CCSD Deputy Brad Hamm
and charged with public intoxication. He is scheduled to appear
in General Sessions Court Jan. 24.
* Thomas John Karnes, 33, 103 Mill Pond Road,
was arrested Saturday night by CCSD Deputy Jeff Markland and
charged with third offense DUI, second offense driving on
a revoked license, violation of the implied consent law and
being a fugitive from justice. He was also served with two
outstanding warrants charging him with burglary and failure
to appear.
* Tommy Lee Stout, 50, Little Stoney Campground,
was arrested just before noon on Monday by CCSD Deputy Shannon
Deloach on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court today.
Theft
* Sheila Bowers, 250 Bulldog Hollow Road, reported
to CCSD Sgt. T. Lowe that sometime between Dec. 25, 2002 and
Jan. 18, 2003, someone entered her residence and stole a diamond
ring. An estimated value of the ring was not available.
* Linda G. Stevens, 832 Highway 91, Brookview
Apt. 21, reported to CCSD Deputy Albert Nave that sometime
on Sunday, someone broke into her residence and stole the
title to her 1992 Toyota Paseo, a Symphonic VCR, a 25 inch
Sanyo television and a large amount of jewelry.
* Johnny Cole, 133 Shell Hollow Road, reported
to CCSD Lt. Rocky Croy that between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. on
Sunday someone stole his 2002 Honda TRX 250EX four-wheeler
from a storage building on his property. According to reports,
the spare key to the four-wheeler was taken from inside Cole's
residence. He reported that he suspects a male subject known
to him.
Animal Cruelty
* Michael Whisenhunt, 109 Eggers
Lane, reported to CCSD Lt. B. L. Huffman that between 5:30
and 6 p.m. on Friday someone shot and killed his dog. He reported
that he suspects a male subject known to him.
