Arrests
* Angella Price, 24, 1013 Fairview Avenue, was
arrested Tuesday by Carter County Sheriff's Department Deputy
M. Carlock on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
She is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court Feb.

* Charles J. Hensley, 28, 2914 S. Greenwood Drive,
Johnson City was arrested Wednesday by CCSD Constable Bobby
Canter and charged with violation of probation.
* Dallas M. Hughes, 27, 2914 Greenwood Drive,
Johnson City was arrested Wednesday by CCSD Lt. Rocky Croy
on an outstanding warrant charging him with violation of probation.
* Shelley S. Myers, 36, 134 Doc Fields Road,
Roan Mountain, was arrested Tuesday evening by CCSD Deputy
Bradley Johnson and charged with driving on a revoked license.
She is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court Jan.

* Daniel Lee Strong, 39, 315 Hancock Road, Mountain
City, was arrested Tuesday night by CCSD Deputy Shannon Deloach
on a capias warrant for failure to appear in court.
* Lewis D. King, 20, 4144 U.S. Highway 23, Flag
Pond, was arrested Tuesday by CCSD Lt. Rocky Croy on two outstanding
warrants for failure to appear and violation of probation.
* Christopher Keith Allen, 37, 304 Sawdust Trail,
Roan Mountain, was arrested Monday afternoon by CCSD Lt. Mike
Fraley on a capias warrant for failure to appear in court.
He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court Jan. 17.
Theft
* Mark Bailey, 925 Dejarnette St., reported to
Elizabethton Police Department PTL Brooke Mullins that sometime
between 9:20-9:40 a.m. on Tuesday, someone stole his maroon
2002 Suzuki XL-7 from his driveway. He stated that he had
started the car to allow it to warm up and had left it unlocked
and running while he returned inside his residence. He added
that when he came back outside to leave, the vehicle was gone.
* Eric Street, 277 Teaberry Road, reported to
CCSD Deputy Janice Black that, on Tuesday, he had gone into
his barn to get his four wheeler and found it missing. He
stated that the 1995 Polara 4-Wheeler 350 had been stored
in the barn chained and that the chain had been removed and
left laying in the barn. He reported that he suspects subjects
known to him.
* Todd McCoury, 146 Browns Branch Road, Hampton,
reported to CCSD Sgt. Patrick Johnson that sometime before
5 p.m. on Tuesday, someone came onto his property and stole
a 2001 Honda Foreman four wheeler. He stated that the vehicle
was parked next to the residence and was not visible from
the road. He reported that he had insurance on the vehicle
and that he does have a suspect in the incident.
Missing Child
* John Mark McGuire, 15, was reported missing
Tuesday by his grandmother, Flora McGuire. He is described
as a white male, five feet, ten inches tall and weighing approximately
150 pounds with brown hair and eyes. He was last seen wearing
blue jeans, a charcoal colored Nike shirt, white tennis shoes,
a black tobaggan and a gray Jack Daniels hat. His grandmother
reported that he got on the school bus Tuesday morning at
around 7 a.m. and that her grandson's school called around
8:45 a.m. stating that he was not at school.
