Arrests
* Jerry Wayne Richardson, 38, 202 Old Charity
Hill Road, was arrested Thursday morning by Elizabethton Police
Department PTL Richard Haney and charged with possession of
Schedule VI narcotics for resale and speeding.
* Keith A. McLaughlin, 26, of Elk Park, N.C.,
was arrested early Friday morning by Carter County Sheriff's
Department Deputy Bradley N. Johnson and charged with public
intoxication. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions
Court on Jan. 21.
* Alvin Delaney Clawson, 31, 107 Carl Smith Road,
Hampton, was arrested Thursday afternoon by CCSD Sgt. Keith
Range on a capias warrant charging him with failure to appear
and evading arrest.
* Jennifer Gail Shell, 31, 107 Carl Smith Road,
Hampton, was arrested Thursday morning by CCSD Sgt. Keith
Range on two capias warrants charging her with failure to
appear.
* Daniel G. Mooris, 20, 106 Robert Ave., Hampton,
was arrested Thursday afternoon by CCSD Lt. B.L. Huffman and
charged with violation of probation.
* Timothy Lee Shelton, 33, 109 Pinacle Drive,
was arrested early Friday morning by CCSD Deputy Kevin Cable
on a capias warrant charging him with failure to appear.
* Scotty L. Calloway, 29, 220 Lovers Lane, was
arrested early Friday morning by CCSD Deputy Kevin Cable on
a capias warrant charging him with failure to appear.
* Robert Willis Holland, 38, 190 Chalibeathe
Road, Sulfer Springs, was arrested early Friday morning by
CCSD Deputy Kevin Cable on a capias warrant charging him with
failure to appear.
* Angela Sue Campbell, 29, 396 West Valley Drive,
Kingsport, was arrested early Friday morning by CCSD Deputy
Tom Skeans and charged with public intoxication. She was also
served with two outstanding warrants. She is scheduled to
appear in General Sessions Court on Jan. 13.
* Alexandro Cavazos, 32, 1204 Sulpher Springs
Road, Jonesborough, was arrested by CCSD Sgt. Patrick Johnson
on a warrant for violation of probation.
* Rebecca J. Hyder, 22, 1388 Bristol Highway,
was arrested Thursday afternoon by CCSD Inv. Johnny Blankenship
on a criminal presentment from Criminal Court charging her
with 41 counts of obtaining narcotics by fraud. She is scheduled
to appear in Criminal Court on Jan. 17.
* Matthew Hubbard, 23, 1733 Gap Creek Road, was
arrested Thursday afternoon by CCSD Inv. Johnny Blankenship
on a criminal presentment from Criminal Court charging him
with 25 counts of obtaining narcotics by fraud. He is scheduled
to appear in Criminal Court on Jan. 17.
