Arrests
* Larry D. Buchanan, 48, 225 Beasley Street,
was arrested Tuesday evening by Elizabethton Police Department
PTL Jerry Bradley on an outstanding warrant for violation
of probation.
* Richard Lynn Greenwell, 22, 185 Old Charity
Hill Road, was arrested Wednesday afternoon by CCSD Sgt. Tim
Lowe on outstanding warrants issued by the EPD charging him
with burglary of a motor vehicle and theft of property under
$500. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court
on Jan. 13.
* Kevin Wayne Moorer, 28, 420 Crook Street, Hampton,
was arrested Wednesday night by EPD Sgt. John Bailey on an
outstanding warrant charging him with theft of property over
$5,000 and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. He
is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court today.
* Clarence "Mack" Oaks, 27, 737 Sugar Hollow
Road, was arrested early Wednesday morning by CCSD Deputy
Jeff Markland and charged with first offense DUI. He is scheduled
to appear in General Sessions Court on Jan. 6.
* Brock Anthony Nichols, 31, 565 Cross Community
Road, Bristol, was arrested early Thursday morning by CCSD
Deputy Jeff Markland and charged with reckless driving, possession
of drug paraphernalia and possession of Schedule VI narcotics.
He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Jan.

* Teresa May Rhodes, 43, 1029 Highway 321, Hampton,
was arrested Wednesday morning by CCSD Deputy Tim Tester and
charged with public intoxication. She is scheduled to appear
in General Sessions Court on Jan. 28.
* Douglas Glenn Woodby, 23, 140 Stone Mountain
Road, Hampton, was arrested Dec. 27 by CCSD Investigator Chris
Pierce and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and
possession of Schedule VI narcotics.
* Bradley Dale Whitehead, 33, 108 Swimming Pool
Road, Hampton, was arrested Tuesday afternoon by CCSD Lt.
Bob Hooks and charged with theft under $500. He is scheduled
to appear in General Sessions Court on Jan. 6.
* Tony Dale Arnold, 38, 122 Edge Water Road,
was arrested Tuesday night by CCSD Deputy Brad Hamm and charged
with fifth offense DUI and violation of the habitual motor
vehicle offender law. He is scheduled to appear in General
Sessions Court on Jan. 6.
* Kenneth Kyle Fletcher, 36, 151 Ruby Avenue,
was arrested early Wednesday morning by CCSD Sgt. Keith Range
and charged with assault under domestic violence and felony
possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. He is scheduled
to appear in General Sessions Court on Jan. 6.
* Rose Marie Plank, 20, 777 Highway 91, was arrested
Wednesday by CCSD Sgt. Keith Range and charged with violation
of probation.
* John Allen Honeycutt, 31, 1402 Spruce Street,
Johnson City, was arrested Wednesday by CCSD Sgt. Keith Range
and charged with violation of probation.
* Christopher Harold Ford, 34, 711 Ridgecrest
Road, Johnson City, was arrested Tuesday by Johnson City Police
Bureau officers and charged with one count of burglary, one
count of auto burglary and one count of theft of services
under $500.
* Wesley William Craig, 23, 902 Grover Street,
Johnson City, was arrested by JCPB officers and charged with
theft of property over $1,000.
Summons
* Bobby Joe Kimble, 23, 125 Smalling Road, was
served a summons Tuesday night by CCSD officers that was issued
by EPD officers charging him with aggravated burglary and
theft of property. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions
Court on Jan. 6.
Theft
* Sue Prichard, 117 Jade Drive, reported to CCSD
Deputy Kenny Cornett on Tuesday afternoon that a male subject
known to her had taken her blue 1983 Honda Accord without
her permission.
* Thomas Feathers, 707 Sugar Hollow Road, reported
to CCSD Deputy Kenny Cornett that sometime between Dec. 20
and Dec. 23, a female subject known to him stole a bottle
of Oxazepam from the box where he kept his medication.
* Lloyd D. Guinn, 249 Little Stoney Road, reported
to CCSD Deputy Brad Hamm that sometime between 6 a.m. and
6 p.m. on Tuesday, someone entered his home and stole more
than $500 in tools and weapons from his residence including
a Savage model 20-gauge shotgun, a Topper model 410-gauge
Harrison Richardson shotgun with a cherry stock, a .50-caliber
Traditions muzzle loader rifle with wood stock and a 410-gauge
shotgun with unknown make.
* Shalhla Maine, 110 Happy Valley Road, Johnson
City, reported to CCSD Sgt. Keith Range that between 8 p.m.
and 10:30 p.m., someone broke into her residence and ransacked
the house. She reported that nothing was missing, but that
a car which had been parked at the residence had been vandalized.
The car, a black 1986 Chevrolet Camaro, belonged to Scotty
Hughes, 925 Pine Grove Road, Johnson City. According to reports,
the windshield of the vehicle had been broken out and the
hood dented and it appeared as if someone had stood on the
hood. Neighbors reported that they had seen a red car leaving
the residence and the officer found footprints on the hood
of the Camaro.
Juvenile
* A 17-year-old male from Johnson City was arrested
Tuesday afternoon by CCSD Deputy Sarah Ryan and charged with
vandalism under domestic violence, underage consumption of
alcohol, disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia
following an incident that happened at the home of his guardians.
* A 17-year-old male from Elizabethton was issued
a juvenile summons by CCSD Constable Harvey Shaffer charging
him with underage consumption of alcohol.
