Arrests

* Daniel Frazier, 19, 400 Turner Rd., Bluff City; Johnathan Diamond, 21, 120 Carter Branch Rd., Elizabethton and a white male juvenile were arrested Sunday by Johnson City Police Department officers for several auto burglaries that occurred on the north side of Johnson City. The three men were found with tools and other items from the burglaries. The juvenile and Diamond were charged with 16 counts of auto burglary each. Frazier was charged with 16 counts of auto burglary and one count of burglary to a building located at 3701 Bristol Highway. The juvenile was booked into the juvenile detention center pending a detention hearing. Frazier and Diamond are being held at the Washington County Detention Center awaiting a bond hearing. Both adults are scheduled to be arraigned today at 1:30 p.m. in Washington County General Sessions Court.
   * Daniel Lynn Buck, 24, 105 Elvin Shirley Rd., Johnson City, was arrested Saturday afternoon by Johnson City Police Department officers and charged with obtaining drugs falsely. JCPD officers were called to Kroger, 1805 W. State of Franklin Rd., where they found Buck trying to fill a false prescription. He is being held in the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of $1,000 bond with a preliminary hearing scheduled today in Washington County General Sessions Court.
   * Michael R. Laws, 46, of Johnson City, was arrested Sunday afternoon by Johnson City Police Department officers and charged with theft over $1,000 and resisting arrest. He is being held in the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of $6,000 bond and is scheduled to be arraigned today in Washington County General Sessions Court.
