Arrests

   * William Michael White, 38, 1409 Dry Creek Rd., Hampton, was arrested Saturday afternoon by Carter County Sheriff's Department Deputy Eric Buck and charged with being a fugitive from justice out of the state of Ohio where he was wanted on felony warrants charging him with gross sexual imposition.
   * Billy Gene Stout, 26, 107 College St., Jonesborough, was arrested Friday night by CCSD Deputy Kenny Cornett on a capias charging him with failure to appear in court.
   * David Scott Ritchie, 27, 301 Third Ave., Hampton, was arrested Friday evening by CCSD Deputy Al Meehan and charged with driving on a revoked license. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court today.
   * Bradley Keith Price, 40, 2001 Street Drive, Johnson City, was arrested Friday afternoon by Tennessee Constable Bobby Canter on a warrant charging him with aggravated assault. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Dec. 31.
   * Michael Travis Brandon, 19, 4260 U.S. Highway 19E, was arrested Saturday afternoon by CCSD Deputy Chad Grindstaff on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
   * Rondall Von Jenkins, 34, 312 Colorado St., Johnson City, was arrested Sunday morning by CCSD Deputy Tammy Stout on a capias charging him with failure to appear in court.
   * Robert Burchell Hammitt, 51, 508 Trudy St., was arrested Sunday by Tennessee Constable Bobby Canter on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
   * Chris Lovette Tidwell, 18, 360 Sneed Hill Rd., Apt. 28, was arrested Friday evening by CCSD Sgt. Tim Lowe and charged with the underage consumption of alcohol and leaving the scene of an accident with property damage. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Dec. 29.
   * Joshua Gergish, 21, 515 Nunley St., Apt B, Johnson City, was arrested early Saturday morning by Elizabethton Police Department Ptl. Mark Roberts and Ptl. Jennifer Mayberry and charged with public intoxication, evading arrest, resisting arrest, possession of drug paraphernalia and attempted burglary. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court today.
