Arrests

   * Jerry Samuel Ball, 43, 187 Swimming Pool Rd., Hampton, was arrested Saturday evening by Carter County Sheriff's Department Sgt. Patrick Johnson and charged with reckless endangerment and leaving the scene of an accident. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Dec. 15.
   * Thomas John Gross, 34, of Gainsville, Fla., was arrested early Saturday morning by CCSD Lt. Harvey Guess and charged with assault under domestic violence.
   * Caroll Ray Brandon, 21, 4260 U.S. Highway 19E, was arrested Saturday night by CCSD Deputy Kevin Cable on a capias charging him with failure to appear in court and a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
   * Donna Katherine Carpenter, 39, of Newland, N.C., was arrested Friday evening by CCSD Sgt. Patrick Johnson and charged with being a fugitive from justice on an escape charge.
   * Michael Jonathan Greenwell, 20, 101 Nelson Drive, was arrested Sunday night by CCSD Sgt. Patrick Johnson and charged with driving on a suspended license and the underage consumption of alcohol. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Dec. 15.
   * Cole B. Grayless, 26, 194 Reynolds Rd., was arrested early Sunday morning by CCSD Sgt. Patrick Johnson and charged with driving on a suspended license. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Dec. 15.
   * Jason Lee Richardson, 20, 171 George Williams Rd., was arrested early Monday morning by CCSD Sgt. Patrick Johnson on a warrant charging him with violation of probation. He was additionally charged with two counts of assault on an officer and resisting arrest in the incident. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Dec. 15.
   * Matthew Lynn Honeycutt, 35, of Bakersville, N.C., was arrested late Sunday night by CCSD Deputy Kevin Cable and charged with going armed, carrying a prohibited weapon and possession of anhydrous ammonia. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Dec. 15.
   * Timothy Lee Blackwell, 33, 550 Buck Mountain Rd., Roan Mountain, was arrested late Thursday night by CCSD Sgt. Tim Lowe and charged with public intoxication.
   * Charles Jason Putman, 37, was arrested Friday afternoon by CCSD Deputy Donald White on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
   * Billy Charles Menge, 48, 528 Matson Rd., Jonesborough, was arrested early Saturday morning by CCSD Sgt. Patrick Johnson and on warrants charging him with vandalism and criminal trespassing.
   * Carter Thurman Campbell, 30, 222 W. I St., was arrested early Saturday morning by CCSD Deputy Jesse Booher on three capiases charging him with failure to appear in court and two warrants charging him with violation of probation.
   * Jeremy Samual Ball, 19, 119 Shenandoah Drive, Apt. 11, Johnson City, was arrested Saturday afternoon by Elizabethton Police Department Ptl. Mike Commons and charged with drinking underage, leaving the scene of an accident with property damage, violation of the vehicle registration law and violation of the financial responsibility law.
   * Reece E. Taylor, 25, 714 S. Lynn Ave., was arrested Wednesday morning by EPD Ptl. Shannon Peters on an outstanding warrant charging him with violation of probation and a capias charging him with failure to appear in court.
   * Tonya R. Neal, 26, 807 Folsom Rd., was arrested Thursday morning by EPD Ptl. Jennifer Mayberry on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
   * Brian E. Mosher, 33, 534 Long Hollow Rd., was arrested Saturday afternoon by EPD Ptl. Richard Haney on a warrant charging him with violation of probation. He was also served with a criminal summons charging him with shoplifting.
   * John Wayne Walker, 55, 103 Stevens Circle, Hampton, was arrested Friday afternoon by EPD Ptl. Richard Haney and charged with public intoxication.
   * Elijah Adam Taylor, 19, 126 Rosewood Circle, was arrested Friday night by EPD Ptl. Tonya Range and Capt. Rusty Verran and charged with leaving the scene of an accident with property damage, failure to report an accident, violation of the vehicle registration law, criminal impersonation, violation of the vehicle light law, violation of the financial responsibility law, not having his driver's license with him and being a fugitive from justice in the state of North Carolina. He was also served with several outstanding warrants including warrants for theft over $1,000, aggravated burglary, theft under $500 and a warrant out of North Carolina charging him with theft of a motor vehicle. He was also served with an outstanding capias charging him with failure to appear in court.
