Arrests

   * Billy Joe Lambert, 36, 1056 Poga Rd., Butler, was arrested Thursday evening by agents of the U.S. Forestry Service, First Judicial District Drug Task Force and officers of the Carter County Sheriff's Department on a criminal indictment charging him with the manufacture of a Scheduled VI controlled substance (marijuana), the possession of a Schedule VI controlled substance (marijuana), and drug paraphernalia.
   * Lorie Ann Potter, 30, 1056 Poga Rd., Butler, was arrested Thursday evening by agents of the USFS, First Judicial District DTF and officers of the CCSD on a criminal indictment charging her with the manufacture of a Scheduled VI controlled substance (marijuana), the possession of a Schedule VI controlled substance (marijuana), and drug paraphernalia.
   * Anderson Mark Walker, 22, Scalf Trailer Park, Hampton, was arrested Thursday night by CCSD Deputy Dean Jones on a capias charging him with failure to appear in court.
   * Charles Colen Bowers, 34, 194 Roy Bowers Rd., was arrested Thursday afternoon by CCSD Sgt. Keith Range on a capias charging him with failure to appear in court.
   * Charity Elaine Johnson, 22, 650 Sundown Rd., Mountain City, was arrested Thursday afternoon by CCSD Sgt. Keith Range on a capias charging her with failure to appear in court.
   * Enoch Paul Taylor, 25, 138 Indian Creek Rd., was arrested Thursday afternoon by CCSD Sgt. Keith Range on a capias charging him with failure to appear in court.
   * Alice Beatrice Messer, 29, 281 Rauhos Rd., Telford, was arrested Thursday afternoon by CCSD Sgt. Keith Range on a capias charging her with failure to appear in court.
   * Christopher Dale Guinn, 19, 792 Poga Rd., Butler, was arrested Thursday afternoon by CCSD Sgt. Keith Range on a capias charging him with failure to appear in court.
   * Lester Eugene Harmon, 37, 317 Bear Branch Rd., Roan Mountain, was arrested Thursday afternoon by CCSD Deputy Bradley Johnson on a capias charging him with failure to appear in court.
   * Tara Camille Willis, 27, 1627 Central Ave., was arrested Thursday afternoon by Elizabethton Police Department Ptl. Richard Haney on a warrant charging her with aggravated assault, aggravated burglary and simple possession of a Schedule III narcotic.
   * Monica M. Hoyt, 1700 Nathaniel Dr. #3, Johnson City was arrested Friday by officers with the Johnson City Police Department and charged with being a fugitive from justice. The arrest was made after police discovered she had three outstanding warrants charging her with felony child neglect issued from Pasco County, Fla.
