Arrests

   * Shaun Michael Baer, 19, 305 South View Circle, was arrested early Tuesday morning by Elizabethton Police Department Ptl. Mark Roberts on a capias charging him with failure to appear in court.
   * Mitchell Kevin Cole, 32, 2661 U.S. Highway 91, was arrested Wednesday morning by Carter County Sheriff's Department Deputy Janice Black on a capias charging him with failure to appear in court. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Nov. 14.
   * Kenneth R. Greer, 24, of 109 Merritt Dr., Lot 3, Johnson City, and Paul M. Rhea, 32, of 903 E. Chilhowie Ave., Johnson City, were arrested Wednesday afternoon and charged with theft of property over $1,000. The arrest is the result of an investigation into a robbery at the Roadrunner Market, 2607 S. Roan St., on Oct. 28. The investigation revealed that Mr. Greer, an employee at the store, staged the robbery with Rhea. The two men stole items totaling approximately $4,800. Both are being held in the Washington County Detention Center and are scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court today at 1:30 p.m.
   * Adam Joshua Porter, 19, of 3211 Mayfield Dr. #19, Johnson City, was arrested Wednesday afternoon after an investigation into auto burglaries that occurred on the southeast side of Johnson City on Sept. 29. He was charged with five counts of auto burglary and is being held in the Washington County Detention Center on a $5,000 bond. He is scheduled to be arraigned today at 1:30 p.m.
