Arrests

   * Bobby Lynn Dugger, 20, 502 Cedar Ave., was arrested Sunday night by EPD Ptl. Joy Shoun on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in court.
   * John R. Farrington, 31, 506 Pardee St., Johnson City, was arrested Monday morning by EPD Ptl. Mike Commons on warrants charging him with failure to appear on a charge of domestic violence and failure to appear on an order of protection hearing.
   * Roy Dean Hill, 29, 732 Cedar Ave., was arrested Saturday morning by EPD Ptl. Joy Shoun on a warrant issued from General Sessions Court for failure to appear on a charge of public intoxication. Hill was also served with a capias for failure to appear on an order of protection.
   * Gregory Andrew Lyons, 47, 5215 Old Stage Road, Chuckey, was arrested Saturday by EPD Ptl. Mike Commons and charged with driving under the influence, third offense, driving on a revoked license, second offense, possession of a weapon, violation of the open container law, violation of the registration law, and violation of the financial responsibility law.
   * Timothy Q. Richards, 22, 124 Sneed Hill Road, was arrested Saturday morning by EPD Ptl. Mike Commons on warrants charging him with failure to serve jail time, failure to appear in court and violation of probation. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Nov. 4.
   * Larry K. Hyatt, 31, 3411 Highway 321, Hampton, was arrested Sunday evening by EPD Sgt. Matt Bailey on warrants charging him with evading arrest and criminal impersonation. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Nov. 10.
   * Edward Isaac Thompson, 44, 840 Highway 91, was arrested Sunday morning by EPD Ptl. Mike Commons and charged with driving under the influence. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Nov. 17.
   * Jo Ann Peoples, 47, 220 Jackson Lane Private Dr., Johnson City, was arrested Sunday evening by CCSD Sgt. G.S. Johnson and charged with assault under domestic violence. She is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Nov. 17.
   * Robert John Head, 26, 2924 Chestnut Lane #24, Johnson City, was arrested Sunday evening by CCSD Deputy Kevin Cable and charged with assault and public intoxication. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Nov. 17.
   * Charles Wilkie Campbell, 37, 197 Opossum Hollow, was arrested Saturday evening by CCSD Deputy Jim Whaley on a capias charging him with failure to appear on charges of public intoxication and possession of Schedule VI drugs.
   * David Wayne Keylon, 36, was arrested Friday evening by CCSD Deputy Jim Whaley on a warrant charging him with assault under domestic violence. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Nov. 4.
   * Kenneth Wyane Hopkins, 33, 105 Carl Hopkins Court, Johnson City, was arrested Friday evening by CCSD Deputy Jim Whaley on a charge of violation of probation.
   * Jason Robert Julian, 24, 128 Betterly Place, was arrested Friday evening by CCSD Lt. Rocky Croy and charged with possession of Schedule IV drugs. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Nov. 14.
   * David Allen Buchanan, 43, 309 North Road, Johnson City, was arrested Friday evening by the CCSD on a charge of public intoxication. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Nov. 17.
   * Michael Eugene Byrd, 22, 230 Jack Bradley Road, was arrested Sunday evening by CCSD Deputy David Ryan on a capias issued for failure to appear on a charge of disorderly conduct.
   * Charles Leonard Presnell Jr., 22, 2371 Old Elizabethton Highway, was arrested Sunday evening by CCSD Sgt. G.S. Johnson and charged with violation of probation and resisting arrest.

Theft

   * Elizabethton Police Department Ptl. Jerry Bradley spoke with Deborah Webb in regards to a theft of property. Webb reported that approximately $2,204 had been withdrawn from her bank account without her knowledge using her bank card. Webb told Bradley she had two check cards and neither had been stolen or misplaced.
   * EPD Ptl. Jason Shaw responded to 1298 Bluefield Ave. Apt. CD-108 on Saturday on a reported theft. On arrival, Shaw spoke with Larry Cole Jr. who advised when he returned to his residence at 9 p.m. Saturday he found the speakers and amplifier had been stolen from his vehicle. Items reported stolen included one "Kicker" speaker box, two speakers valued at $175 each, and one Kenwood 800-watt amplifier. The items' value exceeded $500.
   * Carter County Sheriff's Department Lt. B.L. Huffman responded to a Judge Ben Allen Road location on Friday morning in reference to a theft. On arrival Huffman spoke with Briad Rader who advised that sometime during the previous night, someone had removed the Pioneer CD player/stereo from his vehicle.

Vandalism

   * CCSD Deputy Jeff Markland responded to a reported vandalism at Big Springs Baptist Church, 171 Big Springs Road on Friday afternoon. Markland spoke with Sue Mathis, a janitor at the church, who reported that sometime during the previous night someone threw a brick through the basement door of the church and apparently made entry. Markland reported this was the second break-in incident to occur at the church within one week.
