Arrests

* Robert Wayne Beam, 31, 261 Minton Hollow Rd., was arrested Sunday night by Carter County Sheriff's Department Sgt. Penny Cornett on a capias charging him with failure to appear in court.
* Benny Franklin Burton, no age available, 37 Old Milligan Highway, was arrested early Monday morning by CCSD Deputy Eric Buck on a capias charging him with failure to appear in court.
* James K. Roberts, 39, 701 Oak Dr., was arrested Saturday night by CCSD Deputy Albert Nave and charged with driving on a revoked license. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court today.
* Rebecca Y. Stanley, 22, 303 B South View Circle, was arrested late Friday night by CCSD Deputy Eric Buck on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
* Valerie Hughes, 31, 119 Country Garden Rd., Johnson City, was arrested Friday night by CCSD Deputy Eric Buck on a warrant charging her with violation of probation. She is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Oct. 15.
* Julie Anne Coffey, 34, 813 Folsom St., was arrested Saturday afternoon by CCSD Deputy Dave Ryan on a capias charging her with failure to appear in court.
* Derrick Keith Bowers, 26, 194 Roy Bowers Rd., was arrested Friday morning by CCSD Deputy Charlotte Walker on a capias charging him with failure to appear in court.
* Robbie Wayne Shelton, 32, 264 Shell Creek Rd., Roan Mountain, was arrested Friday morning by CCSD Deputy Charlotte Walker on a warrant charging him with assault under domestic violence. He was also served with an order of protection.
* Eric Lee Miller, 22, 139 Leach Rd., Johnson City, was arrested Friday morning by CCSD Inv. Todd Hamm on a warrant charging him with auto burglary. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court today.
* Ricky Holder, 43, 135 Greenbriar Dr., Hampton, was arrested early Saturday morning by CCSD Deputy Shannon Deloach on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
* Melanie Oleta Oliver, 28, 742 Hampton Creek Rd., Roan Mountain, was arrested Saturday morning by CCSD Deputy Dennis Leonard on a capias charging her with failure to appear in court.
* Timothy E. Gilbert, 30, 295 Rocky Branch Rd., was arrested Saturday afternoon by Elizabethton Police Department Ptl. Mike Commons and charged with trespassing under domestic violence and vandalism under domestic violence. He was also served with a summons charging him with stalking and harassment. He was also served with an order of protection.
* Norman Markland, 50, 1023 Bluefield Ave., was arrested Saturday night by EPD Capt. Clyde Croy and Ptl. Jennifer Mayberry and charged with assault under domestic violence.
* Sherry O'Conner, 41, 1023 Bluefield Ave., was arrested Saturday night by EPD Capt. Clyde Croy and Ptl. Jennifer Mayberry and charged with assault under domestic violence. She was also served with a capias charging her with failure to appear in court.
* Dwayne D. Williamson, 21, 427 W. G St., was arrested Saturday afternoon by EPD Ptl. Michael Merritt and charged with driving on a suspended license, violation of the financial responsibility law and speeding. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Oct. 17.
* Robert D. Stills, no age available, was arrested late Friday night by EPD Ptl. Jennifer Mayberry and charged with fourth offense DUI, second offense driving on a revoked license, resisting arrest, violation of the implied consent law, violation of the vehicle registration law, violation of the financial responsibility law, not wearing a seatbelt and leaving the scene of an accident.
* Jay C. Estep, 41, 106 Mount Vernon Place, was arrested early Sunday morning by EPD Ptl. Jennifer Mayberry and charged with violating an order of protection.
* James A. Buchanan, 38, 152 Smith Ave., was arrested early Sunday morning by EPD Sgt. Jack Ramsey on a capias charging him with failure to appear in court.


Theft


* Gary W. Rodifer, 2654 Old Lewis Rd., Apt. 7, Johnson City, reported to CCSD Sgt. Patrick Johnson on Saturday afternoon that sometime the previous night between 8 p.m. and midnight, someone had entered his residence and stolen more than $6,000 worth of jewelry, a blue back pack and a Phoenix .22-caliber pistol.
