Arrests
* Connie Taylor Davis, 47, 108 Saratoga Place, was arrested early Friday morning by Carter County Sheriff's Department Sgt. Keith Range and charged with DUI, violation of the implied consent law and violation of the open container law. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Oct. 14.
* Kenneth Paul Boggs, 37, 153 Bobs Hollow Road, was arrested Thursday night by CCSD Deputy Brad Hamm and charged with assault under domestic violence. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Oct. 14.
* Thomas Glen Grindstaff, 30, was arrested early Friday morning by CCSD Deputy Brad Hamm and charged with going armed, criminal impersonation and criminal trespassing. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Oct. 14.
* Ryan Patrick Honeycutt, 25, was arrested Wednesday night by CCSD Deputy Janice Black and charged with assault and vandalism. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Oct. 28.
* Richard Lynn Greenwell, 22, 185 Old Charity Hill Road, was arrested Friday afternoon by CCSD Deputy Tom Skeans on a capias charging him with failure to appear in court.
* Alan Curtis Stafford, 21, 430 Beasley St., was arrested Friday morning by CCSD Deputy Tom Skeans on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
* Christy Marie Pearson, 23, 155 Hazelwood Hollow Road, Hampton, was arrested Friday afternoon by CCSD Deputy Tom Skeans on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
* Peggy Ann Salts, 46, 902 E. Market St., Johnson City, was arrested early Friday morning by Elizabethton Police Department Sgt. Roger Crowe and charged with public intoxication.
