Arrests

* Michael Gene Morris, 22, 106 Roberts Ave., Hampton, was arrested early Tuesday morning by Carter County Sheriff's Department Sgt. Patrick Johnson on a warrant charging him with violation of probation. He was also charged with criminal impersonation and evading arrest in the incident. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Oct. 20.
* Donny Lee Ricker, 22, 2708 S. Roan St., Johnson City, was arrested early Tuesday morning by CCSD Sgt. Patrick Johnson on a warrant charging him with violation of probation. He was also charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor and filing a false report in the incident. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Oct. 20.
* Scott Lynn Perry, 34, 311 S. Roan St., was arrested Monday evening by CCSD Deputy Jesse Booher on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
* Thomas Patrick Crowley, 20, 1298 Bluefield Ave., Apt. CD-116, was arrested Monday evening by CCSD Deputy Kevin Cable on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
* Kimberly Dawn Morton, 27, 879 Highway 91, was arrested Monday night by CCSD Deputy Kevin Cable on a warrant charging her with failure to appear in court. She is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Oct. 13.
* Keith Allen Weaver, 39, 400 E. Mill St., was arrested Monday night by CCSD Deputy Dennis Leonard on a capias charging him with failure to appear in court.
* Eric Lee Miller, 22, 139 Leech Road, Johnson City, was arrested early Tuesday morning by CCSD Deputy Kevin Cable on two warrants charging him with violation of probation.
* Mark Steven Greenwell, 27, 85 Old Charity Hill Road, was arrested Monday night by Elizabethton Police Department Ptl. Mike Commons on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.

Theft


* Stacy Oliver, 122 Doc Fields Rd., Roan Mountain, reported to CCSD Deputy Sarah Ryan on Friday afternoon that sometime earlier that day, someone had entered his residence and stolen several firearms including two Mossburg 12 gauge shotguns, a Mossburg 20 gauge shotgun, a Mossburg .22 caliber lever action rifle, three .22 caliber handguns, a .22 caliber Marlin rifle, three 30/30 Winchester rifles, a 410 Winchester rifle and a 410 Marlin rifle. Oliver also reported that some prescription medication belonging to him was taken in the theft.
