Arrests

* Larry Paul Guinn, 21, 16 Lambs Park, Limestone, was arrested Thursday morning by Carter County Sheriff's Department Deputy Dennis Leonard on a warrant charging him with vandalism. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Oct. 10.
* Sabrina Amanda Pullham, 24, Granby Road, Kingsport, was arrested early Friday morning by CCSD Deputy Eric Buck and charged with DUI and second offense driving on suspended license. She is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Sept. 30.
* David Matthew Ellis, 42, 130 Woodland Heights, was arrested Thursday evening by CCSD Deputy Shannon Deloach and charged with DUI and violation of the implied consent law. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Sept. 30.
* Sabrina Michelle Smith, 41, 311 Blevins Hollow Road, was arrested Thursday morning by CCSD Deputy Charlotte Walker on a warrant charging her with violation of probation. She is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Sept. 30.
* Billy Gene Stout, 26, 107 College Street, Jonesborough, was arrested Thursday morning by CCSD Deputy Dennis Leonard on a warrant charging him with vandalism. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Oct. 10.
* Jeffery Kyle Taylor, 36, 143 Spears Avenue, was arrested Thursday morning by CCSD Deputy Jesse Booher on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
* Edward Arnold Bailey, 50, 836 Tiger Creek Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested Thursday night by CCSD Deputy Shannon Deloach on a capias out of General Sessions Court charging him with failure to appear in court. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Sept. 29.
* Timothy Demery, 26, 502 Crest Court, Johnson City, was arrested Thursday by CCSD Sgt. Penny Cornett on a capias out of General Sessions Court charging him with failure to appear in court. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Sept. 29.
* Amanda Dawn Osborn, 21, 3645 Highway 91-N, Mountain City, was arrested early Friday morning by CCSD Deputy Eric Buck and charged with criminal trespassing. She is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Sept. 30.
* Johnson City Police officers early Saturday responded to the Nashville Sound, 1121 N. Roan Street, Johnson City, regarding counterfeit money. Upon investigation, Gena M. Bohannon, 35, Parma Heights, Ohio, was placed under arrest for two counts of criminal simulation. She was being held in the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of a $3,000 bond. She faces arraignment in Washington County Sessions Court on Sept. 29 at 1:30 p.m.
