Arrests


* Troy Wayne Emore, 24, 261 Marion Branch Road, was arrested Saturday night by Carter County Sheriff's Department Deputy Al Meehan and charged with driving on a revoked license. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Sept. 29.
* Natasha M. Bowers, 24, 194 Roy Bowers Road, was arrested Saturday afternoon by CCSD Sgt. Tim Lowe on three warrants charging her with violation of probation.
* Lonnie Gene Ledford, 49, 109 Fitzsimmons Hill Road, was arrested Saturday night by CCSD Deputy Dave Ryan and charged with leaving the scene of an accident, resisting arrest and first offense DUI. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Oct. 7.
* John Asa Zunda, 33, 462 Sals Branch Road, Evarts, Ky., was arrested Saturday afternoon by CCSD Sgt. Penny Cornett and charged with public intoxication. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Sept. 29.
* Jeanne L. Phillips, 33, 462 Sals Branch Road, Evarts, Ky., was arrested Saturday afternoon by CCSD Sgt. Penny Cornett and charged with third offense DUI, second offense driving on a revoked license, leaving the scene of an accident and violation of the implied consent law. She is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Sept. 29.
* Earnest Heaton, Jr., 47, Second Avenue, Hampton, was arrested Saturday night by CCSD Deputy Albert Nave and charged with public intoxication, going armed and possession of Schedule VI narcotics.
* Brandon Lee Rutledge, 18, 249 Weaver Hill Road, Johnson City, was arrested Saturday afternoon by CCSD Deputy Dave Ryan on an Attachment Pro Corpus out of Juvenile Court.
* Louella P. Greenwell, 43, 1840 Powder Branch Road, Johnson City, was arrested Saturday by CCSD Lt. Rocky Croy on a warrant charging her with first offense DUI and driving on a revoked license. She is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Sept. 29.
* Troy Dewayne Pickering, 32, 125 Old Stage Road, Gray, was arrested early Saturday morning by CCSD Sgt. Jeff Winters on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in court. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Sept. 29.
* Jessica Nicole Shepard, 22, 104 Five Oaks Drive, was arrested Sunday night by Tennessee Constable Bobby Canter on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
* Shane Gilbert Craig, 29, 1308 Charity Hill Road, was arrested Sunday morning by CCSD Deputy Eric Buck on a warrant charging him with felony evading arrest, felony reckless endangerment, driving on a suspended license and fleeing to avoid apprehension. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Sept. 29.
* Ricky L. McKinney, 46, 945 Simerly Creek Road, Hampton, was arrested Friday night by CCSD Deputy Bradley N. Johnson and charged with first offense DUI and violation of the implied consent law. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Sept. 30.
* Michael Dallas Clark, 48, 3011 Temple Hill Road, Erwin, was arrested early Saturday morning by CCSD Deputy Kenny Cornett and charged with public intoxication. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Oct. 7.
* James Burl Vines, 48, 607 Beech St., Apt. B, was arrested late Saturday night by Elizabethton Police Department Ptl. Tonya Range and charged with driving on a revoked license, violation of the vehicle registration law and violation of the financial responsibility law. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Sept. 26.
* Marshall Singleton, 21, 1294 Bluefield Ave., Apt. B1-117, was arrested early Friday morning by EPD Ptl. Joy Shoun and charged with public intoxication and disorderly conduct. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Sept. 29.
* James Robert Beale, 30, 450 Northwest 34th St., Pompano Beach, Fla., was arrested early Friday morning by EPD Ptl. Joy Shoun and charged with DUI, driving on a suspended license and speeding. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Sept. 29.

Theft


* Mark Lipford, 101 Roark Park Lane, Lot 10, Hampton, reported to CCSD Deputy Bradley N. Johnson late Sunday night that sometime earlier that day, someone had stolen a Canon brand camcorder from his residence. He reported that he suspects a male subject known to him.



Theft


* On Thursday, Elizabethton Police Department Ptl. Jerry Bradley took a report regarding a stolen vehicle from A&L Auto Sales, where an employee stated that a male subject took a black Lincoln Navigator on a test drive Wednesday afternoon and never returned the vehicle. The subject was described as a black male in his early 20s with short hair and a mustache.
* CCSD Lt. Harvey Guess responded Thursday night to a reported theft at 1992 King Springs Rd., Johnson City. Gene Russell reported that someone had broken into his garage and stolen several parts to a Honda automobile. The vehicle and parts belonged to Paul Smith, according to Russell. Items reported stolen were two carbon filter headlights (value, $500), two racing fenders ($500), one Hoyt turbo ($1,000), two clear tail lights ($300) and a tool box containing assorted tools ($1,500).
