Arrests
* Robert Edward Hutton, 42, 109 Oscar Banks Road, Apt. 16, Johnson City, was arrested Monday evening by Carter County Sheriff's Department Lt. Mike Fraley on a capias charging him with failure to appear in court.
* Carol Ann Kowalski, 46, 109 Oscar Banks Road, Apt. 16, Johnson City, was arrested Monday evening by CCSD Lt. Mike Fraley and charged with disorderly conduct.
* Jason Lynn Davis, 24, 142 South Gate Drive, was arrested early Tuesday morning by CCSD Sgt. Patrick Johnson on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
* Tracy L. Hughes Troutman, 34, 105 Journeys End Road, was arrested Monday afternoon by CCSD Deputy Johnny Miller on a warrant charging her with failure to appear in court.
* Casey A. Reed, 37, 111 Stillwater Circle, was arrested Monday afternoon by CCSD Deputy Johnny Miller on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in court.
* Sandra L. Clawson, 30, 171 Bear Branch Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested Monday afternoon by CCSD Deputy Rick Taylor on warrants charging her with vandalism, criminal trespassing and assault. She is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Oct. 6.
* Joshua Carrier, 27, 1811 W. Lakeview Drive, Johnson City, was arrested Monday morning by Tennessee Constable Jerry Miller on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in court.

Theft
* William Hershey, 302 Cherry St., Roan Mountain, reported to CCSD Sgt. Keith Range on Sunday morning that someone had entered his residence and had stolen more than $1,000 in cash.
* Bob Grindstaff, 170 Price Road, reported to CCSD Sgt. Patrick Johnson on Monday evening that sometime in the last week, someone had stolen a Campbell Hausfeld brand generator valued at $1,200 from the back porch of his residence.
* Tina Vines, 181 Mockingbird Lane, Hampton, reported to CCSD Deputy Kevin Cable on Monday night that sometime that day, someone had stolen an Arctic Cat 300 four-wheeler and a Swisher brand pull-behind model lawn mower from her residence. The total estimated value of the property stolen is $6,000.
* Roger Grindstaff, 128 Captain Ave., reported to a CCSD officer that someone had stolen a self-propelled lawn mower valued at $150 which belonged to him from the back of his residence.
