Arrests
* Jeffrey Dwayne East, 34, 210 Stuffle St., Kingsport, was arrested early Saturday morning by Carter County Sheriff's Department Lt. Mike Fraley and charged with public intoxication and filing a false report.
* Brian Keith Lockhart, 28, 129 Clawson Hollow Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested early Saturday morning by CCSD Lt. Mike Fraley on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in court.
* Stephen Brian Pritchard, 35, 117 Jade Drive, was arrested Saturday morning by CCSD Deputy Jeff Markland on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in court.
* Tracy Dale Hardin, 33, 170 Mayfield Drive, was arrested late Saturday night by Tennessee Constable Harvey Shaffer on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
* Danielle Stills, 27, 129 Ed Green Road, Hampton, was arrested Saturday night by CCSD Deputy Sarah Ryan on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
* Michael Lee Stansberry, 125 George Bowers Road, was arrested Saturday night by CCSD Deputy Charlotte Walker on warrants charging him with assault under domestic violence and vandalism under domestic violence.
* Wade Evan Hampton, 37, 540 Cloudland Drive, Roan Mountain, was arrested Saturday evening by CCSD Deputy Bradley Johnson on a warrant charging him with violation of probation and an Attachment out of Chancery Court charging him with contempt of court.
* Jody Paul Hardin, 33, 169 Dan Cole Road, was arrested Saturday afternoon by CCSD Deputy Kevin Cable and charged with assault under domestic violence. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Sept. 15.
* Katherine Marie Rickett, 35, 126 Cedar Grove Road, Johnson City, was arrested Saturday afternoon by CCSD Deputy Donald White and charged with public intoxication. She is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Sept. 15.
* Clarence David Lunsford, 37, 160 Nanny Goat Hill Road, was arrested early Monday morning by CCSD Deputy Jesse Booher on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
* Hamairi A. Mirhabibi, 21, 1293 Bluefield Ave., Apt. B2-121, was arrested Sunday night by CCSD Deputy Kevin Cable on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
* Joshua Estill Walker, 18, 290 Chambers Drive, was arrested Sunday night by CCSD Deputy Dean Jones on an Attachment Pro Corpus out of Juvenile Court.
* Nickalaus W. Guinn, 25, 2667 Bob Little Road, was arrested Friday night by Elizabethton Police Department Ptl. Michael Sproviero and charged with public intoxication and shoplifting. After being taken into custody, Guinn was transported to the Carter County Jail where he was served with a capias charging him with failure to serve jail time and an Attachment Pro Corpus out of Juvenile Court by CCSD Deputy Charlotte Walker. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on the public intoxication and shoplifting charges today. He is scheduled to appear in Juvenile Court on the Attachment Pro Corpus on Sept. 18.
* Jeffery Frank Greene, 40, 635 Long Hollow Road was arrested Thursday afternoon by EPD Ptl. Shannon Peters on a warrant charging him with violation of probation, and he was also issued a criminal summons charging him with shoplifting.
* Roy Dean Hill, 28, 307 South View Circle, Apt. A, was arrested Friday afternoon by EPD Ptl. Jesse Pena and charged with public intoxication and trespassing.
* Christopher Ross Gill, 31, 1293 Bluefield Ave., Apt. B2-120, was arrested Sunday evening by EPD Ptl. Joy Shoun on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
* Robert David Grabinski, 37, 219 S. Sycamore St., was arrested Saturday afternoon by EPD Capt. Rusty Verran on a warrant charging him with the possession of Schedule III narcotics for resale.
* Christopher S. Ward, 20, 140 Westside Rd., Jonesborough, was arrested Monday afternoon by Johnson City Police Department officers and charged with a felony for falsely attempting to obtain prescription drugs. He is being held in the Washington County Detention Center on a $2,000 bond and is scheduled to be arraigned today.

Theft
* Kyle Woods, 148 Reynolds Road, reported to CCSD Deputy Jeff Markland on Friday afternoon that sometime since Sept. 1, someone had stolen a 1979 Chevrolet truck belonging to his brother, Harry Woods, of the same address, from their residence.
* Debbie Greenwell, 1309 Hillside Drive, reported to EPD Ptl. Jerry Bradley on Sunday morning that someone had broken into her residence and had stolen nearly $1,000 worth of her personal property including a Direct TV box, an assortment of DVDs and approximately $250 worth of jewelry.
* Ronnie Mays, of Horseless Carriage Company, 1921 W. Elk Ave., reported to EPD Capt. William Fraley on Sunday evening that someone had stolen the stereo of a black Oldsmobile Achieva which was parked at the business.
