Arrests

   * Julia Nell Huffman, 42, 290 Chambers Drive, was arrested Thursday night by Carter County Sheriff's Department Deputy Janice Black on two Attachment Pro Corpus papers from Juvenile Court and a capias out of General Sessions Court charging her with failure to appear in court.
   * Bobby Dale Bobbit, 63, 119 Alexander Street, Hampton, was arrested Thursday night by CCSD Sgt. Keith Range and charged with second offense DUI. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Aug. 18.
   * Ronald Jay Bardo, 41, 335 Boat Campbell Road, Johnson City, was arrested Thursday afternoon by CCSD Deputy Janice Black on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in court.
   * Nicole Leigh McInturff, 18, was arrested Thursday by Tennessee Constable Bobby Canter on a capias charging her with failure to appear in court.
   * William P. Daniels, 36, 191 Rosewood Circle, Watauga, was arrested Thursday afternoon by Elizabethton Police Department Ptl. Michael Merritt and charged with second offense DUI, speeding, violation of the vehicle registration law, violation of the financial responsibility law and driving on a revoked license.
   * Dustin J. Lyons, 18, 443 Highway 321, Hampton, was arrested early Friday morning by officers of the Johnson City Police Department and charged with robbery.
   * Richard Aaron Wells, 19, 639 S. Roan Street, was arrested early Friday morning by officers of the Johnson City Police Department and charged with robbery.
   * Mark Phillip Conboy, 46, 2607 W. Walnut Street, Johnson City, was arrested Thursday night by officers of the Johnson City Police Department and charged with three counts of aggravated assault.
   * Tiffany Johnson, 21, 111 Browns Road, Apt. 35, Johnson City, was arrested Thursday night by officers of the Johnson City Police Department and charged with speeding, felony evading arrest, driving on a suspended license, carrying a prohibited weapon and possession of drug/narcotic equipment. She is scheduled to appear in Washington County General Sessions Court on Aug. 18.
   * Michael James O'Keefe, Jr., 37, 123 W. Millard Street, Johnson City, was arrested Friday by officers of the Johnson City Police Department and charged with attempting to obtain narcotics by fraud. The arrest is the result of an investigation at Northside Hospital. O'Keefe is scheduled to be arraigned in Washington County Sessions Court on Aug. 19.
   * Michael T. Oldcorn, 50, 2502 McKinley Road, Johnson City, was arrested Friday by officers of the Johnson City Police Department and charged with two counts of aggravated assault, one count of violating an order of protection and one count of resisting arrest. The arrest resulted from an investigation of a domestic assault near the intersection of Oak Street and Millard Street. Oldcorn allegedly assaulted one female and threatened her, along with a male acquaintance, with a knife. He is scheduled to appear at a bond hearing on Aug. 18.

Theft

   * Dexter Presnell, 118 Elvin Shirley Road, reported to CCSD Sgt. Jeff Winters on Thursday afternoon that sometime early that morning, someone had stolen a four-foot Stanley level, a 50-foot extension cord and a six-foot step ladder from his residence.
   * Kimberly Jones, 118 J.C. Whitehead Road, Roan Mountain, reported to CCSD Sgt. Tim Lowe on Thursday afternoon that sometime earlier that day, someone had stolen more than $1,000 worth of property belonging to her from her residence, including a Compac computer, HP printer, a surround-sound system and an industrial mixer and bowl.

Missing person

   * The Washington County Sheriff's Office is asking for assistance in locating a missing child. Anita Marie Moxley, 14-year-old white female, was reported missing/runaway on Aug. 14, at approximately 3:15 p.m. She was last seen getting off the school bus in the 100 block of Hugh Cox Road, Jonesborough (Sulphur Springs area), wearing tan jeans and white T-shirt with a black sweater over it. Moxley is described as being 5 feet, 7 inches, weighing 165 pounds with blue eyes and brown hair with blonde and red streaks. She attends Sulphur Springs Elementary School.
