Arrests
* Crystal Renee McNeal, 33, 213 Jim Elliott Road, was arrested Monday night by Carter County Sheriff's Department Deputy Sarah Ryan and charged with driving on a revoked license and criminal impersonation. She was also served with a capias charging her with failure to appear in court.
* Roy Dean Hill, 28, 732 Cedar Ave., was arrested early Tuesday morning by CCSD Deputy Dean Jones on a warrant charging him with violation of an order of protection. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on August 19.
* Crystal Dawn Webster, 29, 4481 Bluff City Highway, Apt. 7, Bluff City, was arrested early Tuesday morning by CCSD Deputy Jesse Booher on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
* Michael Wayne Ledford, 18, 109 Fitzsimmons Hill Road, was arrested Monday night by CCSD Sgt. Patrick Johnson on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
* Virgil Thomas, 33, 371 Cripple Creek Loop, Watauga, was arrested Monday evening by CCSD Lt. Mike Fraley on a warrant charging him with assault, aggravated assault under domestic violence and evading arrest. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on August 26.
* Randal Lynn Harrell, 45, 409 Roger Lane, Johnson City, was arrested Monday afternoon by CCSD Deputy Tom Skeans on a warrant charging him with violation of parole.
* Lisa Gail Coffey, 34, 2418 Old Lewis Road, Johnson City, was arrested Monday afternoon by CCSD Deputy Tom Skeans on a warrant charging her with failure to appear in court.
* Kenny Allen Johnson, 27, 1183 Buck Mountain Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested Monday morning by CCSD Deputy Johnny Miller on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in court.
* Mark Allen Oliver, 30, 198 Old Lacey Hollow Road, was arrested Monday night by Elizabethton Police Department Ptl. Joy Shoun and charged with violation of the Habitual Motor Offender Law. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on August 26.

Theft
* Kenneth Blevins, 141 Captain Ave., Apt. 4, reported to CCSD Sgt. Tim Lowe on Monday morning that sometime between Sunday afternoon and Monday morning, someone entered his residence and stole a 27-inch Magnavox brand color television belonging to him. He reported to the officer that he suspects a male subject known to him.
