Arrests

   * Christopher N. Coffey, 25, 1004 Lynn Road, Johnson City, was arrested Monday evening by Carter County Sheriff's Department Sgt. Keith Range and charged with ninth offense driving on a revoked license. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Aug. 18.
   * Jason Aaron Williams, 19, 419 Hamilton St., Johnson City, was arrested Monday afternoon by CCSD Deputy Janice Black on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
   * Jerry Daniel Blevins, 40, 233 Woodland Drive, Johnson City, was arrested early Tuesday morning by CCSD Sgt. Keith Range on two warrants charging him with violation of probation and was also served with an Attachment Pro Corpus out of Juvenile Court.
   * Kacy Jade Quarles, 24, 116 Margo Drive, was arrested early Tuesday morning by Tennessee Constable Larry Presnell and charged with assault under domestic violence. She is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Aug. 11.
   * Thomas Stewart, 28, 109 Osborne, Apt. 34, Johnson City, was arrested Monday by Tennessee Constable Larry Presnell and charged with driving on a suspended license and violation of the financial responsibility. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Aug. 11.
   * Carol Renea Vines, 41, 1294 Bluefield Ave., Apt. K-5, was arrested Monday night by CCSD Sgt. Keith Range on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
   * David D. Davis, 31, 134 Cedar Point Road, Apt. 32, Gray, was arrested Monday evening by CCSD Sgt. Keith Range and charged with second offense driving on a suspended license. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Aug. 18.
   * Rachel Jean Stout, 22, Rittertown Road, Hampton, was arrested late Monday morning by CCSD Sgt. Penny Cornett and charged with driving on a suspended license, violation of the financial responsibility law and driving an unregistered vehicle.
   * Brandon Marley, 18, 118 Bob Taylor Road, was arrested Monday night by Elizabethton Police Department Sgt. Matt Bailey and charged with driving without a license, criminal impersonation and possession of drug paraphernalia. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Aug. 8.
