Arrests
* Wendy Kaye Tanner, 23, 1797 Highway 91, was arrested early Thursday morning by Carter County Sheriff's Department Deputy Eric Buck and charged with driving on a suspended license, violation of the financial responsibility law and violation of the light law. She is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Aug. 4.
* Keith Honeycutt, 42, 1016 Elm St., Erwin, was arrested early Thursday morning by CCSD Sgt. Penny Cornett and charged with public intoxication. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Aug. 5.
* Evelyn Dawn Grindstaff, 32, 1016 Elm St., Erwin, was arrested early Thursday morning by CCSD Sgt. Penny Cornett and charged with public intoxication. She is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Aug. 5.
* Jeffery Paul Honeycutt, 37, 1402 Spruce Lane, Johnson City, was arrested early Thursday morning by CCSD Sgt. Penny Cornett and charged with public intoxication. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Aug. 5.
* Timothy Wayne Vandayke, 39, was arrested Wednesday night by CCSD Sgt. Penny Cornett on an attachment for contempt out of Circuit Court.
* Christopher Mitchell Murden, 27, 150 Sunny Acres, was arrested Wednesday morning by CCSD Deputy Charlotte Walker on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in court.
* Donald Cleveland Potter, 208 Lodge St., Mountain City, no age available, was arrested Wednesday afternoon by CCSD Deputy Jesse Booher on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in court. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court today.
* Melissa Ann Estep, 35, 109 Earl Ave., was arrested Wednesday afternoon by CCSD Deputy Kevin Cable and charged with driving on suspended license. She is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court today.
* Favio Torres, 26, no address available, was arrested Wednesday night by CCSD Deputy Janice Black and charged with public intoxication.
* Isaias Salas Herrera, 38, 301 S. Sycamore St., was arrested Thursday night by Elizabethton Police Department Ptl. Shannon Peters on an outstanding warrant charging him with failure to appear in court.
* Ramiro Castillo Perez, 35, 301 S. Sycamore St., was arrested Thursday night by EPD Sgt. Jack Ramsey and charged with public intoxication.

Theft
* Debbie Bowling, 119 Fitzsimmons Hill Road, reported to CCSD Deputy Eric Buck on Wednesday evening that sometime recently, someone entered her residence and had stolen a Panasonic brand portable DVD player valued at $600.
