Arrests

   * Nathaniel Vanderlinden, 24, 380 Siam Road, was arrested Tuesday morning by Carter County Sheriff's Department Deputy Janice Black on four outstanding warrants from General Sessions Court. Vanderlinden was also arrested just before Noon on Tuesday by Elizabethton Police Department PTL Kevin Cable on outstanding warrants and charged with two counts of theft over $500 and one count of burglary. Vanderlinden also is considered a fugitive from justice out of Camden County, Mo.
   * Kim Leslie Runion, 50, 126 Patrick Henry Lane, Hampton, was arrested Tuesday night by CCSD Deputy Dean Jones and charged with aggravated assault under domestic violence.
   * George Sydney Sledge, Jr., 68, 2114 Dave Buck Road, Johnson City, was arrested Tuesday night by CCSD Lt. Mike Fraley on an outstanding warrant from Halifax County, N.C., where Sledge was charged with felony incest.
   * John Robert Moore, 24, 1267 Bluefield Ave., Building A Apt. 1, was arrested Tuesday morning by CCSD Deputy Donald White on a capias warrant for failure to appear in General Sessions Court.
   * Joshua Brock Carrier, 27, 1811 West Lake View Drive, Apt. C-16, was arrested Tuesday morning by CCSD officers on three warrants for failure to appear in General Sessions Court on charges of driving on a suspended license, violation of registration, criminal impersonation and failure to pay fines and costs. Carrier was also charged with forgery.
   * Eric Dale Smithey, 35, Cove Creek Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested Tuesday morning by CCSD Deputy Bradley N. Johnson and charged with violation of probation.
   * Thomas Author Mellons, 49, 5748 Ft. Henry Drive, Kingsport, was arrested Tuesday afternoon by CCSD Lt. Harvey Guess on an outstanding warrant from General Sessions Court.
   * Stephen Douglas Osborne, 40, 134 Butler Lane, Mountain City, was arrested early Wednesday morning by CCSD Deputy Bradley N. Johnson and charged with public intoxication.
   * Anna Hurst Osborne, 38, 131 Yates Drive, was arrested early Wednesday morning by CCSD Deputy Bradley N. Johnson and charged with second offense DUI and violation of implied consent.
   * William D. Jackson, 49, 3822 W. Market St., was arrested Monday just before noon by Johnson City Police Department PSO Keith Nave on a warrant for theft over $1,000.
