Arrests

   *
Kenneth Hand, 40, 1260 Old Bristol Hwy., was arrested Tuesday by Carter County Sheriff's Department officer Jan Black for violation of probation.
   * Dwight Burgess, 46, 126 Riggs Road, Watauga, was arrested Tuesday by Elizabethton Police Department Sgt. Matt Bailey on a charge of aggravated DUI. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court Oct. 14.
   * Shon Lockhart, 142 Spears Avenue, Apt. #3, was arrested Tuesday by EPD Ptl. Joey Proffitt on a charge of driving on a suspended license. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court Oct. 14.
   * Terry A. Potter, 39, 427 West G Street, was arrested Tuesday by EPD Ptl. Joey Proffitt and Ptl. Mike McIntosh on a charge of violation of probation. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court Oct. 10.
   * John A. Perry, 47, 128 Archway Court, was arrested Tuesday by CCSD officer Tim Tester on a DUI charge, first offense. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court Oct. 21.
   * Scottie Lee Reece, 24, 122 Howard Campbell Road, Butler, was arrested Tuesday by CCSD Lt. Bob Hooks on a petition for an order of protection, second offense DUI, driving on a revoked license and leaving the scene, violation of probation, reckless endangerment, and evading arrest. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court Oct. 14.
   * Cynthia Ann Andes, 41, 821 Walnut Street, was arrested Tuesday by CCSD officer T. Blevins on a charge of violation of probation.
  
Vandalism

   *
Pamela Whisenhunt spoke with CCSD Deputy Eric Buck on Wednesday in reference to vandalism of her vehicle which was parked at Cloudland High School. The vehicle had key scratches on the driver's side.
