when she went to take her nightly dose of medication, she
noticed several pills missing. She began to look around and

at the store on the way home. The money had been in her wallet
when she stopped at the store.

* Wanda Gerree Lyons, 51, 201 Jamesway, Frankfurt,

and her husband had divorced several months ago and that she
had allowed him to reside at her residence at 601 W. C St.,
for a mutually agreed upon amount of time. However, her ex-husband,
Kenneth Wayne Lyons, 64, was supposed to have moved by Thursday.
She told him she would prosecute him if he was not out. Ms.

that her ex-husband had changed the locks on the doors.
Accident
* EPD Ptl. Jason McCall was dispatched Thursday
to the home of Regina Gail Taylor, 45, 209 Old Siam Road,
who had reported her vehicle stolen. When the officer arrived,
Taylor told him she had found the vehicle, which apparently
had slipped out of gear and rolled through a neighbor's yard.
The 1997 Mazda 626 had been parked in Taylor's
driveway and when she went out to start it around 6:10 a.m.
to leave for work, it was gone. After calling 911, she located
the vehicle in the yard of Carol Street, 204 Old Siam Road.
The vehicle apparently slipped out of gear, left her driveway,
crossed Old Siam Road and went down a hill into Street's yard,
striking a metal swing set before coming to rest against a
tree. Two of the swing set's legs were damaged, however, the
vehicle sustained damage to the entire length of the passenger
side as well as heavy damage to the rear end and trunk.
