Arrests

   * Harry Wayne Jarrett, 35, 250 Jess Jarrett Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested Monday by Carter County Sheriff's Department Deputy Brad Johnson and charged with driving on revoked license and financial responsibility law.
   * Travis Richardson, 19, Dry Creek Road, was arrested by CCSD Deputy Chad Grindstaff and charged with burglary, two counts of theft over $500 and theft over $1,000.
   * Deanna Rossiter, 43, 110 E. Line Drive, was arrested Sunday by CCSD Sgt. Patrick Johnson. She was charged with phone harassment, criminal trespassing and vandalism.
   * Misty Bowers, 18, 614 Garrison Hollow Road, Apt. 6, was arrested by Todd Hamm and charged with assault.
   * Thomas A. Bugg, 40, 387 Tiger Creek Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested Monday by CCSD Deputy Michael Carlock and charged with second-offense driving on revoked license and violation of financial responsibility law.
   * Jeff Ferguson, 20, 496 Dye Leaf Road, Butler, was arrested Monday by CCSD Sgt. Eulas Sargent and charged with violation of probation, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to pay fines and costs.
   * Jessie Bowers, 21, 112 Betty St., Hampton, was arrested Monday by CCSD Deputy Johnny Blankenship and charged with violation of probation.
   * Loretta Aukes, 27, 112 James Road, Chuckey, was arrested Monday by CCSD Deputy Johnny Blankenship and charged with failure to appear on theft under $500.
   * Larry J. Lyons Jr., 38, 316 Rock House Road, Johnson City, was arrested Monday by CCSD Deputy Jim Pemberton and charged with violation of probation.
