Arrests

   * Jeremy F. Burleson, 19, 121 Hyder St., was arrested Thursday by Elizabethton Police Department Ptl. Michael Merritt following a traffic stop. Burleson was charged with speeding, reckless driving and evading arrest. He also was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a fraudulent driver's license.
   * Donna Ann Taylor, 32, 118 Dove Lane, was arrested Thursday by Carter County Sheriff's Department Deputy Audrey Covington following a traffic stop. Taylor was charged with DUI and violation of implied consent.
   * Tara Renee Glover, 28, 721-A Blue Springs Road, was arrested Thursday by CCSD Deputy Kenneth Cornett on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
   * Theodore Searfoss, 29, 547 Scafford Branch Road, was arrested Thursday by CCSD Sgt. Keith Range on a warrant charging him with violation of probation stemming from a pursuit Nov. 9.
   * John Robert Moore, 23, 404 Sugar Hollow Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested Thursday by CCSD Deputy Eugene Moreland on a capias charging him with failure to appear.
   * Shannon Lee Campbell, 117 Cedar Grove Road, was arrested Wednesday by CCSD Deputy Donald White on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
   * Dennis Lee Zomborro, 32, 358 New Cambridge road, Bristol, Tenn., was arrested Wednesday by CCSD Deputy Kenneth Cornett on a warrant charging him with four counts of worthless checks.
   * Earnest Brewer, 21, 318 Dennis Cove Road, Hampton, was arrested Wednesday by CCSD Deputy Eric Buck on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
   * Terry Allen Curtis, 28, 552 Long Hollow Road, was arrested Tuesday by CCSD Deputy Donald White on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
   * Kevin Myron Lipford, 41, 216 Lovers Lane, was arrested Wednesday by CCSD Deputy Tom Skeans on a warrant charging him with failure to appear on assault and vandalism under domestic violence.
   * Bryon Jones, 20, 103 Phillip Drew Drive, Johnson City, was arrested Thursday by officers of Johnson City Police Bureau on charges of aggravated assault under domestic violence and violation of an order of protection. The charges are the result of a domestic dispute that occurred Dec. 1 at 505 N. Belmont. Jones turned himself into authorities at Washington County Detention Center.
   * Willard J. Copas, 33, 3216 Mayfield Drive, #3, Johnson City, was arrested Wednesday by officers of Johnson City Police Bureau on five counts of forgery and five counts of theft under $500 following investigation into checks passed at various businesses in Johnson City.
   * Larry G. Williams, 27, 412 W. Ninth Ave., Johnson City, was arrested Thursday by officers of Johnson City Police Bureau and charged with auto theft following investigation into the May 13 theft of a motorcycle.
   * A 17-year-old juvenile was arrested Thursday by officers of Johnson City Police Bureau on a charge of aggravated burglary that occurred Dec. 3 at a residence in Johnson City. More than $3,700 in electronic equipment was taken in the theft.
