Arrests

* Carl Lynn Irick, 30, 5949 Hwy. 19E, Hampton, was arrested Wednesday by Carter County Sheriff's Department Deputy Eric Buck following a traffic stop. Irick was charged with first-offense driving on revoked license.
   * Gary T. Moss, 51, 802 Briar Cliff Road, Apt. 73, Johnson City, was arrested Tuesday by CCSD Deputy Kenneth Cornett at the Washington County line on a warrant charging him with failure to appear on theft under $500.
   * Andrew M. Odell, 22, 304 Lisa Lane, Piney Flats, was arrested Tuesday by CCSD Deputy Kenneth Cornett at the Sullivan County line on a warrant charging him with failure to appear on DUI and possession of Schedule VI.
   * Kenneth Dwayne Ritchie, 26, 111 J.C. Vines Road, Hampton, was arrested Tuesday by CCSD Capt. Tom Harrald on a warrant charging him with auto burglary and theft over $1,000.
   * Allison P. Jackson, 29, 616 N. Roan St., was arrested Tuesday by Elizabethton Police Department Ptl. Jack Ramsey following a traffic stop. Jackson was charged with DUI. She was administered an Intoximeter test at Carter County Jail resulting in a blood alcohol content of .28 percent.
   * Mark Douglas Roberts, 30, 451 Hughes Gap Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested Thursday by CCSD Deputy Brad Hamm following a traffic stop. Roberts was charged with DUI.
