Vandalism

   * Michael Smith, 113 Coney Island, reported Sunday to CCSD Deputy Loretta Cloyd that someone spray painted an excessive amount of the roadway in front of their residence with orange paint.
   * Michael W. Crum, 34, of Milligan College Security, reported Friday to EPD Ptl. Mike McIntosh that about five male students had been throwing eggs and that they had struck the security vehicle at least four times in the driver's side door. Security personnel also reported that the students had been taunting them by shouting, "Security, Security, Security."

Arrests

   *Kimberly Annette Whitehead, 32, 8406 Highway 19E, Roan Mountain, was arrested Friday by CCSD Deputy Bradley Johnson on warrants for assault under the domestic violence law.
   *Robert H. Blevins, 212 Franklin Lane, was arrested Friday by CCSD Sgt. Keith Range and charged with harboring a fugitive. Blevins told officers he did not know the whereabouts of his girlfriend, Tammy Hughes, who was wanted for failure to appear in General Sessions Court. When deputies searched the Blevins residence, Hughes was found hiding in a bedroom closet.
   Tammy Hughes, 212 Franklin Lane, was arrested Friday by CCSD Sgt. Keith Range on a warrant for failure to appear in General Sessions Court. According to the police report, Hughes was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
