Arrests

   * Gary Lynn Wilson, 44, and Tim Wilson, no age given, 120 Reeser Road, Johnson City, were arrested Thursday by Carter County Sheriff's Department Deputy Laverne Julian after he, Lt. Mike Fraley and Deputies Todd Hamm, Bill Zimmerman and Martin Clark, went to the residence in reference to a felony warrant on Gary Wilson charging him with aggravated assault. Officers also had warrants out of Washington County on his son, Tim Wilson, for violation of bond supervision and aggravated robbery. When officers responded, footsteps could be heard inside the residence, however, no one would come to the door. After approximately 30 minutes, forced entry was made and the Wilsons, as well as a 23-year-old male, were found inside the residence. The Wilsons were arrested and transported to Carter County Jail. The other male was not arrested.
   * Tracy Powell Jones, 32, Beck Mountain Apartments, and Chrystle P. Quesenberry, 25, 234 H. Heaton Road, were arrested Friday by Elizabethton Police Department Ptl. Kevin Cable and Shannon Peters following investigation of a traffic accident on South Sycamore Street. Jones was charged with public intoxication. Quesenberry was charged with DUI.
   * Misty Crowther, 21, 921 Pine Ridge Circle, and Patricia Moffitt, 25, 306 S. Watauga Ave., were arrested Wednesday by EPD Plt. Jesus Pena. Both were charged with child neglect.
   * Teddy L. Trivett, 42, 508 Third Ave., Hampton, was issued a summons Thursday by EPD Ptl. Brooke Mullins and charged with reckless driving.
   * James S. Harrell III, 20, 605 W. E St., was arrested Thursday by EPD Ptl. Brooke Mullins on a warrant charging him with statutory rape.
   * Kerrie N. Davis, 21, 1298 Bluefield Ave., was issued a summons Thursday by EPD Ptl. Brooke Mullins and charged with driving on suspended license and violation of registration.
   * Robin Jane Fair, 26, 136 Hampton Creek Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested Thursday by CCSD Deputy Shannon Deloach on a warrant charging her with aggravated assault.
   * Joshua McKinley Williams, 18, 309 Colorado St., Johnson City, was arrested Friday by officers of Johnson City Police Bureau after they recovered a vehicle believed stolen earlier Friday. Williams was charged with theft over $1,000, four counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, two counts of theft under $500 and criminal trespassing. Another adult, Michael Jeremy Grindstaff, 21, 131 Wichita St., Johnson City, was charged with possession of stolen property, evading arrest, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. A juvenile also was charged after the investigation with vehicle theft over $1,000 and two counts of theft under $500.

Indecent exposure

   * Employees of McDonald's, 215 Broad St., reported Thursday to EPD Ptl. Brooke Mullins that around 8:15 a.m. Wednesday a man had come through the drive-thru and had exposed himself to several of the female employees. The victims said the man ordered coffee and when employees took his money and gave him the coffee, they saw that he had pulled down his red and white shorts and was exposing himself to them. The same man came through the drive-thru again Thursday morning but they did not notice whether he was exposing himself.
