ARM reaches out

Assistance and Resource Ministries, Inc. (ARM)
ministered to 296 people in November, according to a report
of services rendered.
ARM reached out to 204 county clients and 91
city clients, according to the report.
ARM provided the following ministries: Clothing,
72 people; food, 269 people; electric bills, three families;
water bill, one family; electricity deposits, three families;
fuel, one family; toiletries, 83 families; miscellaneous (shoe
vouchers), four families; medicine, one family.
According to ARM's December newsletter, the organization
still needs additional members for its advisory board. The
advisory board's next meeting will be at the ARM office on
Tuesday, Jan. 14, at 7 p.m.
Volunteers are needed bimonthly for about an
hour to unload food from a truck. Volunteers are also needed
to assist in the office and clothes closet on Wednesdays and
Fridays.
Volunteers provided 104 hours of service to the
organization.
