Warrant issued on escaped Nashville-area inmate

   An escape warrant has been issued for a minimum security inmate who walked away from a work release program.
   Isaac Williams, 33, who was assigned to the Middle Tennessee Correctional Complex-Annex in Nashville, failed to report back to work on Saturday, Nov. 16.
   Williams is described as a black male, 5 feet 7 inches tall, and weighing 185 pounds. He has black hair, brown eyes, and a medium complexion.
   Williams had been in the work release program since 1995 without incident. He was convicted of second-degree murder in Davidson County for an offense that occurred in February 1987. He was sentenced to 25 years in 1992.
