Tennessee Bureau of Investigation arrests fugitive in North Carolina

   The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) confirmed Thursday the arrest of the 120th fugitive since the Most Wanted program's inception in 1993.
   Jimmy Dale Kinney, age 54, was arrested in Yadkinville, North Carolina by members of the North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation.
   Kinney was wanted for attempted first-degree murder, aggravated kidnapping, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and drug charges. He is currently being held without bond in the Forsythe County jail in Winston-Salem.
   Kinney was added to the TBI Most Wanted program on May 20, 2003 at the request of the Johnson County Sheriff's Department.
