Clarification

   According to Carla Jones, manager of Franklin Place Apartments, Melinda Tanner and her husband David K. Tanner do not live at 103 Franklin Place Drive and are not allowed on the premises of the apartment buildings. In the Sunday, April 13 edition of the Elizabethton Star, Melinda Tanner was erroneously listed as living at that address. That information was taken from a police report from the Elizabethton Police Department. According to officials at the EPD, Melinda Tanner gave the officer the address at Franklin Place as her home address when she was taken into custody. No other address for Melinda Tanner could be found.
