D&S Auto arrest

   Search warrants executed at a local business and a local residence Monday afternoon resulted in the arrest of a 39-year-old man.
   In a multi-agency operation, officers arrested William Roger Shell, 165 Lover's Lane, No. 5, and charged him with possession of Schedule II narcotics. Additional charges in the investigation are pending.
   According to reports, search warrants were executed at D & S Automotive, 215 Lover's Lane, and at Shell's residence. Officers reportedly found stolen property, allegedly taken from an Elizabethton business on March 1 of this year. Officers also found a quantity of methamphetamine and a motorcycle that was allegedly stolen from Johnson County in 1988.
   Shell is currently being held in the Carter County Jail under a $25,000 bond.
   The investigation was a multi-jurisdiction incident involving the First Judicial Drug Task Force, Carter County Sheriff's Department, Elizabethton Police Department, Washington County Sheriff's Department, Drug Enforcement Administration, Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms Bureau and the Tennessee Highway Patrol Auto Theft Division.
