Johnson City man charged in knifing

   A Johnson City man was arrested and charged with killing his father Friday. John Stephen Steele, 38, 1112 King Springs Road, Johnson City, was charged with second-degree murder following an investigation from the Johnson City Police Department.
   JCPD Sgt. Brian Rice investigated the domestic violence which ended with Rice allegedly stabbing and killing his father, John H. Steele, 66, 824 Stage Coach Trail, Bristol.
   Officers received the call around 4 p.m. John Steele had already been transported to North Side Hospital when officers arrived at the scene.
   Steele was transported to the Washington County Detention Center in Jonesborough where he is being held without bond.
   The Criminal Investigation Division is still completing its investigation of the incident. Steele will be arraigned in Sessions Court Monday at 1:30 p.m.
