MSHA names management engineering director

   Christopher C. York has been named director of Physician Relations/Management Engineering for Mountain States Health Alliance (MSHA), 400 North State of Franklin Road, Johnson City, announced Ed Herbert, MSHA vice president.
   York holds a master's degree in Healthcare Administration and a bachelor's degree in Business Management from ETSU. Previously, he was director of Surgical Business at Baptist Hospital, Nashville.
   A native of Ohio, York served as Reengineering Project Manager from 1993-1996 and Management Engineer from 1992-1993, both at Johnson City Medical Center.
