JOHNSON CITY -- The Health Resources Center (HRC) at Johnson City Medical Center's outreach facility in The Mall at Johnson City, is offering a free "Percent Body Fat Analysis" Jan. 23-24 from 8 a.m.-6 p.m. No appointment is necessary.
   HRC will offer "Bipolar Disorder Support Group," Jan. 12 from 6-7 p.m. Discussion will focus on caring and sharing among attendees. Support persons are encouraged to attend. Pre-registration is required.
   HRC is offering a free educational program, "Fitness -- Keep Moving Forward," Jan. 23 from 12:15-1:15 p.m., and Jan. 26 from 6:30-7:30 p.m.
   HRC is offering a free class, "Menopause and Hormone Replacement Therapy," Jan. 26 from 6-7 p.m., with Norman Assad, MD. Pre-registration is required due limited seating. Pre-registration is required.
   HRC will be offering a free educational class, "Pre-Diabetes -- Before You Go Too High!" Jan. 22 from 6-7:30 a.m. Pre-registration is required.
