Tennessee fugitive arrested in Kentucky

   A Tennessee Bureau of Investigation's most wanted fugitive was arrested yesterday in Georgetown, Ky.
   Jimmy Lee Fontana, 55, was arrested by members of the Kentucky Police Department at approximately 3 p.m. Fontana was wanted for the rape of a child and aggravated sexual battery in Knox County.
   He is currently being held in the Scott County Detention Center in Georgetown.
   Fontana was added to the TBI Most Wanted program on Aug. 15, 2002 at the request of the Knox County Sheriff's Department. He becomes the 114th fugitive apprehended since the program's inception on May 1, 1993.
