If making a good impression in your home or at
your office is important, Dry Master can help you put your
best foot forward.
Dry Master offers a variety of services -- for
both commercial and residential cleaning -- to help keep your
floor looking the best it can, according to Natalie Cox, who
along with her husband Eddie owns the business. "We can polish,
wax and buff hardwood floors," Cox said. "We also offer two
different types of carpet and upholstery cleaning. We have
carpet and upholstery dry cleaning as well as steam cleaning."
Offering the two different options for carpet
and upholstery cleaning is one of the things that sets Dry
Master apart from other carpet cleaning businesses, according
to Cox. "Some companies offer one, some offer the other but
we offer both," she said.
The dry cleaning treatment only takes about 30
minutes to dry, according to Cox. "When you dry clean carpet
it is more of a deep scrub treatment," she said, adding that
the dry cleaning treatment removes spots and stains, deodorizes
the carpet or upholstery and also cleans high traffic areas.
With the steam cleaning treatment, the carpet
or upholstery can take a few hours to dry, Cox said.
"A lot of businesses like the dry cleaning because
they do not have a lot of time to stay off the carpet," she
said, adding that often times, parents with small children
and pet owners like the dry cleaning treatment too because
it dries so fast.
One of the aspects that makes Dry Master different
from its competitors is the dedication to customer satisfaction.
"We are dependable, we keep our appointments and we are on
time. We give a lot of care and attention to every cleaning
job we do," Cox said. "We consider our customers as our friends.
Eddie always says 'You have a friend in the business.'"
As part of their customer service, Cox said they
schedule the cleaning around the needs and schedule of the
customer. "In the commercial jobs we usually come in early
in the morning or after they close or whenever they recommend
in order to accommodate them," she said.
That dedication to customer services continues
on, even after the highly trained technicians at Dry Master
complete a cleaning assignment. According to Cox, if customers
have any questions or complaints after they receive service,
they can call the business and they will do everything they
can to answer the customer's questions or correct any problems
they may have.
Cox stated that the business offers free price
quotes over the phone and there are no hidden charges for
the service. "We don't come to your home or business and start
adding on anything," she said.
The business is licensed and insured, according
to Cox, and technicians are available to help a customer decide
what kind of cleaning service would best suit their needs.
Dry Master is also an authorized applicator of Scotchguard
carpet and upholstery protector.
Cox and her husband, who are from the Tri-Cities
area, opened their business in 1999 in Asheville, N.C., where
they now live. In 2002, the husband and wife team expanded
their business and opened up a branch in the Tri-Cities which
services the surrounding area including Elizabethton, Johnson
City, Jonesborough, Kingsport, Gray and Bristol. And, according
to Cox, business is growing in both locations.
